Does Trading Heist hold my money?
No. Your funds stay with your broker in your own name. We never hold, receive or have access to them, and we cannot withdraw from your account.
How is my account kept secure?
Bank-grade security throughout. Your MT5 password is encrypted with AES-256 and stored in a secure cloud vault, all traffic runs over encrypted HTTPS, and the password is only used to log in to your own account. Trading Heist is non-custodial: we can place trades only for the strategies you choose, and we can never move or withdraw money.
Which brokers work?
Any broker that offers MetaTrader 5. You connect with your MT5 login, server and trading password.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Switch strategies off, revoke our permission or remove the account whenever you want. Open trades stay yours to manage.
Can I use an account that runs on another platform?
No. An MT5 account on Trading Heist must not run on any other automated trading or strategy platform at the same time. Use a separate account for Trading Heist.
How do I pay for a plan?
Request your plan in the app. Pay online in USDT or USDC through our payment provider, or message our team with your payment reference and pay the way they tell you. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed.
